The Amazing Colossal Man (1957)
When the army conducts an experiment that doesn't go as planned, Lt Col. Glenn Manning is exposed to the blast from a plutonium bomb. He not only heals, he begins to grow larger and larger. As his body changes, though, it becomes more and more apparent that his personality is changing, as well.
