Karloff's Thriller: The Grim Reaper (1961)

That time when Thurston Howell's "Lovey" was a total cougar working as a successful writer of the macabre!

A cursed painting by Henri Rodin falls into the hands of a wealthy writer. She's decorating her new mansion to accentuate and publicize her work in the field of the supernatural. She has a acquired a painting with a mysterious past that leaves its previous owners deceased! Her nephew, played by William Shatner, fears the worst! When he discovers the stigmata of the scythe, the painting's blood warning of impending doom, he warns that SOMEONE. IS. GOING TO. DIE! (You watch Star Trek, right!?!)  Who will it be? Lovey? Her gigolo husband? The secretary? ...or the nephew!?!
